Features :

The lithium battery charger modified based on the communication power supply of ZTE 2400 base station has a wide adjustable range of voltage and current, and is suitable for various types of rechargeable batteries such as lead-acid and lithium batteries (including Li-ion , lipo , lifepo4, LTO, etc.) , Ni-MH batteries and all types of rechargeable batteries.

★. The peak output power of the machine is 3000W, the rated output power is 2400W, and the power used is equal to voltage X current. For example, if your battery is 20s of li-ion batteries, the rated voltage is 72V, and the full voltage is 4.2*20, which is 84V, then set up the voltage is 84V, and the recommended current should be within 2400W, then the current calculation method is 2400/84=28A (in fact, 30A within 100V is no problem). After 100V, the current should be appropriately reduced to within 25A.

★. The encoder adjustment is more reliable and safer than the potentiometer, even if it fails, it will not affect the use, but it is not adjustable, but it will not affect the output voltage and current.

★. Adjust voltage and current at any time without load adjustment.

★. Support automatic shutdown, the current A is lower than a certain value and exceeds a certain time T will automatically shut down. (A and T can be customized) After shutting down, press the knob again to turn it on,

★. Support the coulomb meter, which can be used to measure the true capacity of the battery (completely discharge the battery, turn on the coulomb meter, and see that the AH number flushed in after full charge is the true capacity of the battery)

★. Support output deviation protection (for example, set 84V, the actual output will trigger deviation protection and stop output if the actual output exceeds the set value by more than 1V). This function is mainly to prevent the abnormal output of the machine itself from malfunctioning. Rarely, but it's an insurance, it's not the best.)

★.Perfect high temperature protection, the fan will automatically accelerate when the temperature rises. If the ambient temperature is high and the machine temperature continues to rise, the machine will start to reduce the output current to prevent the machine temperature from continuing to rise. So as to achieve the purpose of protection.

★. Mains under-voltage automatically limits the output current to avoid overloading and burning of the machine (AC80-260V can work normally, and the output power will be reduced when the voltage is lower than 180)
